My name’s Sarah and this is where you can find the things in my life that keep me smiling.
Exploring Happiness was actually inspired by my dear old Dad. Not so much the idea of starting a blog, but the meaning behind the name. He always told us (my three siblings and I) to “choose happy.” Happiness is a choice. We can choose to live life with open minds and hearts or we can close them off and miss out on countless opportunities.
So, this is me broadening my horizons, sharing what makes me happy, and hopefully giving you the inspiration to go out and explore your happiness.
